मॅम, तुम्ही प्रत्येक मुलाकडे त्याच्या कुवतीप्रमाणे त्याला समजेल असं शिकवले आहे. पर्सनल attention ही दिले आहे. प्रत्येक लेसन झाल्यावर त्यावर एक्साम घेतली. त्यामुळे तो लेसन पक्का झाला. मेन बेसिक कन्सेप्स क्लिअर केल्या त्यामुळे या गोष्टी त्यांच्या भविष्यात ही पुढील शिक्षणासाठी उपयोगी पडतील. शेवटी 5 prelim घेतल्यामुळे परीक्षेचे टेन्शन कमी झालं. शाळेच्या prelim मध्ये याचा अनुभव आला. तसेच जर काही शंका विचारल्या तर त्यांचं तुम्ही योग्य निरसन केलं.

I passed engineering with distinction from reputed college in Nashik. I also did Masters in Engineering from the same institution and passed with distinction. I was selected in a MNC , but chose teaching as my Profession. Teaching is my passion.

While doing masters, i use to teach in an Engineering college. I continued teaching as an Assistant Professor at a reputed Engineering college in Pune. I shifted to Pune post marriage where I was working as an Assistant Professor in a reputed Engineering college. I worked for 5 years in the college.

As a born teacher I feel saddened to see that the new age students are just focused on Marks. Conceptual learning is the need of hour. They need to pay complete attention in clearing their basic concepts. At Spruha's Academy my main aim is to clear the basic core concepts of students.

Teaching is an art. Every student is different. As a teacher my aim is to know the level of understanding the student has for the subject

I believe teacher has an impact on the critical thinking and development of rationale of young people in the society. I not only help students think critically and rationally but also help them build their self confidence.
